Go To The Front Of The Line With The Universal Express Pass
I don't think I'm alone when I say that most people don't like waiting in long lines. Fortunately, the Universal Express pass makes waiting in line a breeze! Universal Express allows you to bypass the regular lines by providing express access to participating attractions at both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. However, there is a catch. Unless you are staying at one of Universal's
on-site resorts
the Universal Express pass must be purchased separately. Universal Express can be purchased on the day of your arrival at the front gate or, if you know when you'll be visiting, they can be
purchased online
. The parks begin selling the Express Passes one hour after they open each day. And, Universal caps the number of Express pass holders each day to a limited number, so you have to get there early! When you purchase the Express Pass, think of it as purchasing a booklet for a single Express Pass to select rides in the parks. You get one ticket for each ride. You may not use two or more tickets on one ride and the Express Pass is only valid for the day that you purchase it. Personally, I think the Universal Express Pass is very expensive as the price varies from around $20 per person per day to $56 per person per day depending on when you're visiting. That can seriously add to the cost of your Universal Orlando vacation. A much better value is to stay at one of Universal's
on-site hotels
where the Universal Express Pass is included as part of your stay at the hotel. And, unlike the Express Pass that is purchased which limits you to only one express entry at each participating attraction, the Express Pass that comes complimentary with your on-site hotel stay allows you to enjoy unlimited entries to your favorite rides and attractions. You just present your hotel key at the Express entrance and you bypass the regular line! It doesn't get much easier than that. No Waiting! I Love it!
